You will need prior sales experience to succeed with ALR. We provide all the training you need to get started. If you enjoy working with your hands and are comfortable with relationship selling, you are halfway there. We will provide the rest with a thorough comprehensive training program and ongoing support with our highly seasoned support team.

Yes. Advanced Laser Restoration Franchise territories are exclusive to each franchise owner. Territories are comprised of a mix of residential and commercial business opportunities.
Government State and out of territory projects are controlled or awarded by Advanced Laser Restoration LLC Corporate to ensure compliance, regulations, and legal stipulations are covered. Then as projects come available Franchisees will be asked if they are able to participate in all or part of the project.

This is a new technology market and ALR is making huge progress. In most markets, ALR has no direct laser cleaning competition. Also, competition proves there is work out there. Second, we are the only franchise laser cleaning company. Just like Momma used to say, “it’s not bragging if it’s true”. Our products, techniques, and technology are what set us apart.

We provide a turn-key van or trailer. We use Mercedes Sprinter vans based on availability and your preference. You may want an all-wheel drive Sprinter for areas with snow and ice or in high-end markets.

Pre-Training has you working through business set up, developing your marketing plan, getting your vehicle ready, and more.
Hands-On Skills Training course that is conducted in-person in Wilmington North Carolina, or online, via Zoom. This 1-week course is where you’ll learn all the basic techniques needed to start performing work.
Field Training Program guides you through your business start-up as you’re servicing customers in your territory to ensure you get a solid start during your entire first year.

ALR franchisees have so many support options. We have phone and video options with our support staff as well as text and email. You’ll also have access to annual seminars, workshops, training videos, and articles. Our community of franchisees also play a significant part in supporting each other.

Initial start-up costs including a turn-key van range from $200,000-$260,000. Charges are dependent upon territory location and equipment. We operate on a percentage royalty system. ALR franchisees will need to obtain a business license from the local municipality where they live and operate their business. All ALR franchisees are required to have insurance as outlined in the FDD.

Franchise partners are free to set their pricing and generally cost their restoration service at a rate that is consistent with other trade/service providers in their local area (hourly rates for mechanics/plumbers/electricians for example). This value will vary from State to State, Province to Province, and Country to Country.
As a further guideline, the pricing of jobs will relate to the replacement value of the piece that’s being worked on. That’s our true value to our customers – saving them from having to replace it.

There are no chemicals, blasting media, water, to buy. And we supply you with laser lenses to get you started.
Additionally, ALR supplies everything you need except fuel for your van and generator. The only consumable is the lens for your laser and normal wear and tear maintenance items like oil changes.
